The Student Account Manager, as part of Hebrew Theological College’s (HTC) Student Services team, will oversee billing, collections, and account management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions for the high school and college division of HTC. The incumbent will advise students and parents on processes such as applying for financial aid and scholarships. The Student Account Manager works in conjunction with HTC’s finance team and Touro University New York’s Office of the Bursar and Financial Aid.

Direct IT strategy and planning for HTC’s main (Skokie), Chicago, and Fargo Ave. campuses in consultation with Touro University central IT department. Serve as the primary “go-to” professional on HTC campuses for all matters related directly and indirectly to technology. Responsible for providing IT maintenance and support for all of HTC. Accountable for ensuring continuity of IT services for users through technical planning, central IT collaboration, and project coordination. This position includes some evening and infrequent weekend hours, and will have a dotted line to the Deputy CIO for IT Operations and Services for Touro University.

  The HR Coordinator carries out responsibilities across multiple functional areas including but not limited to Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, HR Operations and Onboarding. Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of employee communications regarding changes in policies, holiday schedules, benefits, etc. In addition, the HR Coordinator is responsible for invoice management and special projects. The Coordinator will assist in the implementation and review of all HR policies. The position reports directly to the Senior HR Manager.

Responsible for performing essential upkeep tasks throughout the campus. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and cleaning to ensure that our facilities are both tidy and functional. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will have significant work experience and solid technical knowledge. You should have the manual dexterity and physical stamina necessary for this work.
