The Student Account Manager, as part of HTC’s Student Services will oversee billing, collections, and account management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions for the high school and college divisions of HTC as well as delivering exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff. This position works within the finance team at HTC and Touro’s Bursar Office. The position is also responsible for advising students and parents as to the process of applying for financial aid and scholarships, working closely with the HTC finance team and the Touro Office of Financial Aid.
