The program will be that probation boys will have to learn halacha seder with their mentor. This will give them the connection to an older person to look up to and guide them. They will be responsible for testing them and giving marks to the rabbeim to keep records.
Additionally, once a week the mentor has to sit down with the boys one on one for 20 minutes to review the probationary boys' success throughout school and talk about it. (eg. go over any probationary documents). Of course this may not take 20 minutes, but it should be scheduled for that. If it does not take up 20 minutes then they should review a chapter in a book together that would be inspiring (akiva tatz etc.).
t these boys to become their charges, taking them out for slurpees etc. and doing their best to build the shaichus, but formally speaking I think that this is the base.
