The Office of the Dean is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Deans at the women’s college of HTC. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Deans’ office, managing administrative processes, and facilitating effective communication within the university community.
1. | Calendar Management: |

| · Coordinate and manage the Dean's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and events. · Prioritize and schedule appointments, ensuring optimal use of the Dean's time. | ||||||
2. | Communication and Correspondence: |
| |||||
| · Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries directed to the Dean's office. · Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the Dean. | ||||||
3. | Meeting Coordination: |
| |||||
| · Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events. · Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and document minutes as needed. | ||||||
4. | Travel Arrangements: |
| |||||
| · Make travel arrangements for the Dean, including booking flights, accommodations, and coordinating logistics. | ||||||
5. | Data Management: |
| |||||
| · Maintain and update confidential records, databases, and files. · Generate reports and presentations as needed. | ||||||
6. | Special Projects: |
| |||||
| · Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Deans. · Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes. |
